All orders are sent out on the Priority 24 service with RM – however this doesn’t guarantee you will get your order within 24 hrs. We ask that you check your tracking, and if your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days simply pop us an email and we will look into it for you.

Where are we?
We really don’t like to charge for postage, but we do have to cover our own costs. However we have an option for you to come and collect from our site based in Hilperton if you are local! Or we encourage you to group orders where possible and never pay more than £4.95 for all of your items.
